Claude Jr Belizaire

CEO & System Architect

My journey began in 1982 on the family’s Commodore VIC-20.

As anyone did back then, I copied code from computer magazines without understanding what I was doing but with a determination to figure it out.

I continued my learning process throughout the nineties as a web developer in Vancouver, British-Columbia where I witnessed the dawn of the web and the evolution of the technologies that shaped the world in which we live today.

After returning from BC in the early 2000’s, I was hired as lead programmer on the new perimetric protection system of the Gentilly-II Nuclear Power Plant.

As a security consultant, I managed remote interventions for Imperial Tobacco’s warehouses across Canada and worked for Alcan, Autodesk, Bridgestone/Firestone, Le Cirque du Soleil, QIT and McGill University to name a few.

In 2014, I was hired as the in-house programmer at the Bitcoin Embassy in Montreal where I remained until I launched Human Level Technologies Inc. in 2015 having for goal to create products that will bolster our daily life’s experience while preserving individual liberties.
